By accessing our site or booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms. These conditions are designed to protect both you and us and ensure a safe, educational, and transparent experience for all participants.
2. Booking and Payments
To book a photography course, you must complete the registration process on our website and pay in full at the time of booking. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with course details. All transactions are handled securely through trusted payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
3. Course Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel your booking and request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, severe weather, or low enrollment. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Use of Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased through our website are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used toward the purchase of eligible courses listed on our site and must be redeemed before their expiration date.
5. Your Responsibilities as a Participant
You are responsible for bringing your own camera or photography equipment as specified in the course description. Photography Made Simple is not liable for loss or damage to any personal belongings.
6. Course Content and Materials
All materials provided during the course, including digital or printed content, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, record, share, or distribute any part of the course without prior written permission. Course structure or content may be updated without notice to maintain the highest level of quality and relevance.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, photos, graphics, and course materials presented on this website and in our training sessions are the intellectual property of Photography Made Simple. Reproducing or using this content without permission may violate copyright laws and result in legal action.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
